Not so familiar with Metabolic Types? Let me explain...

I believe women fall under 1 of 7 different ‘Metabolic Types’. Each type experiences certain symptoms, many of which can be reduced through diet:

  • Digestion
  • Insulin
  • Cortisol
  • Detox
  • Thyroid
  • Oestrogen
  • Serotonin

When we eat right for our type, our body responds positively. Hormone balance is restored and symptoms such as weight gain are more easily resolved. We are all individuals with different DNA so it follows that we may require a different approach with food.

Following on from my book 'Eat Right, Lose Weight', I'll be delving deeper into Metabolic Types in this workshop. 

I'll be looking at diet as well as lifestyle factors - such as reducing stress which can affect how our body responds to food.
